This wine was aged for 15 months in Oak barrels before being bottled and then keept for  another 24 months in the bottle before being released from the winery. There is no blend on this Vintage Varramista, 100% Syrah  makes the wine show a deep ruby color.  The aroma is both fine and explicit, blended with the aroma of the wood barrels.  A warm balanced taste, combined with an intense ripe flavor on the palate and a complex, long finish.
