     Private Parties & Corporate Events

• Introduce you and your guests (5-60 people) to different wines from a variety of different wine regions of your choice or wines produced from a specific grape.  Bread, olive oil, and Artisan cheeses will be served to complement each wine.  Our wine connoisseur will work hand in hand with your caterer to match your foods with our wines.

Connoisseur Consulting

• Need help figuring out what types of wines to serve at your special event or in your restaurant?  Allow our connoisseur to aid in your decision making process to make your event the perfect occasion or to increase your revenue from wine and enhance the flavor of your dishes.

Our Connoisseur
Jorge Rueda has worked in the wine industry for many years.  As a wine lover he has studied, tasted, and collected a variety of wines from different regions.  He has attended numerous wine tastings and as the owner of Pop The Cork Wine Merchants, has designed his personal tastings to feature only the most memorable and entertaining aspects so that all participants can partake and have an enjoyable experience.

His mission is not to lecture, but to engage hosts and guests in a pleasant atmosphere where they can talk about and appreciate all that wine has to offer.  Jorge is passionate about what he does and his knowledge and appreciation for wine allows him to match all types of wines with a variety of dishes.
