Shipping Policy

It is illegal for persons under the age of 21 to purchase alcohol. We at Pop the Cork take this very seriously and want to thank you in advance for respecting this. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as being at least 21 years of age. All orders require an adult signature with proof of age verification at time of delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We apologize that we cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

State Restrictions

Once you are charged for your order, you assume title. You are responsible for the shipment of the wine that you purchase. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser.

We regret that currently we cannot ship alcoholic beverages to the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee and Utah. We realize this is an inconvenience to some, but you must understand that your state laws prevent us from servicing your area-- as much as we'd love to give you the opportunity to try our fine wines.
